Duneland Awarded Design of Chesterton Subdivision

Stone_Meadows_Web.jpgDuneland recently began the design of Stone Meadows residential subdivision in Chesterton, Indiana.

Duneland designed the lot layout, storm detention pond, outlet of the roadside ditch and waterline for this 12-acre subdivision with 25 lots (roughly 0.25 acres per lot).

Duneland was also responsible for bringing municipal water and sewer to the property for the development of the project with a 2-acre detention pond that has bioswales and best-cleaning water particles to clean the water before it is distributed into downstream water.

Duneland secured the permit for municipal water, designed and secured the permit for the subdivision’s sewer system and designed the property’s landscaping per the town’s requirements.

Building will begin this spring.
